• EDITING MY ART IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Need small changes such as changing some colors, reforming/drawing a line, placing my signature somewhere else? TELL ME! I’ll be happy to make minor edits to your piece, free of charge! Circumstances where it’s okay to edit:
coloring a black&white / lineart piece (like a sketch or anything of the like)
cropping for the use of avatars
for anything that's not listed here, please ask me and i'll tell you if i'm okay with it or not
• Reposting my art is allowed, as long as I’m credited / my profile or website is linked. (See more about Credit further down in the "Credit and Ownership" section) • Removing my signature is forbidden. • If at any given time the commissioner has broken my Terms Of Service, I will not hesitate to cancel current and any future business between me and said commissioner.

For any Commission Inquiries, i recommend following any of my social medias since i have specific dates for when i start accepting commissions again. Requests will exclusively be taken through my "Commission Form" page, unless told otherwise.
Payment Information
• My prices are all in Euro (€) though if needed I can convert the estimated price into your currency, but know in the invoice that it will be set in Euro. The actual price to be paid in the invoice may vary from the estimation given. • Payments are made upfront and strictly through PayPal. I use invoices. Do not send me any payments meant for commissions on your own behalf. • I might charge extra for complex character designs/props. Extra fees of any kind will be discussed beforehand. • If throughout my working process i realize the paid amount won't suffice for the requested work to be put into the piece, i will request compensation in form of an additional fee. Though that can be avoided by finding other ways to work around it in the art piece. • Payments are usually made upfront; however
I'm willing to accept payment in installments. Though these will only be accepted as 50/50 payments. 50% of the payment upfront and the other half after you get your final Work In Progress (WIP). Commission purchase has to be above 50€. Partial Payments (on Paypal) have to be enabled by me, so you need to discuss this matter with me beforehand. You’re not allowed to make partial payments by yourself. Always talk to me and wait for my response.
The limit to pay the invoice is 7 days. I might remind you with a note/private message or with PayPal’s Reminder Feature that the invoice is due. If I get no response whatsoever; I’ll see your commission as cancelled. Please check your Email inbox for said invoice or contact me if you're having trouble finding it.
Turnaround Time / WIP / Work Progress
• My aim is to take no more than 4-6 weeks on each commission. But I can’t promise that’s my regular turnaround time. • If something will happen, which will delay your drawing, I will let you know (through a public post or a private message). • If you have a deadline, make sure to tell me beforehand, so I can make sure it'll be finished on time. • I don't do approval sketches. (meaning; i don't do rough sketches before receiving money) • I’m doing a maximum of 3 WIPs, unless I'm working on bigger pieces (like painted style + background, reference sheets etc). I also request to refrain from constant requests for edits. I want to finish up every commission to the best of my ability and make every commissioner as happy as possible. Though please respect my limitations with the edits. • If you are paying in installments the WIPs will be limited to the amount you have paid. (Example: If you paid 25€ out of 50€, you will see 25€ worth of progress on your commission until the full amount has been paid.)
Work In Progress Explained: After the payment has been made i will start out with a rough sketch. Said rough sketch will then be shown to the commissioner to assure everything is to the commissioners liking and if any edits are needed, i will make sure they get sorted out before proceeding. After the rough sketch stage i usually go into lineart and coloring. Once those are finished i will yet again ask for the commissioners opinion on it. Small edits are still possible. After lineart and colors comes the shading. Once the piece has been shaded it is pretty much finished. At this point there may be none to only very minor edits allowed. Again a step by step for when it is possible to request edits on your art piece: - rough sketch ✔️ - lineart coloring ✔️ - shading (finish) ❌ (or if any edits they may only be very minimal edits)
Feel free to contact me for a WIP, anytime! I also made a queue in which I update the status on each commission, so go have a look! As well as to check out how many people I currently got in my queue. >> YOU CAN FIND MY QUEUE HERE <<
Canceling and Refusal
• I have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, without explanation. Even after I agreed to the request. Even after weeks of no work done. I don’t owe anything to anyone as long as I refund them accordingly. • I have the right to refuse a requested edit if it’s out of my comfort zone or realm of possibility, especially if it wasn’t discussed before accepting the commission. • The same applies to the commissioner. The commissioner has a right to cancel a commission whenever they wish. Please check "Refunds" section for my refund policy.
Refunds
• If I cancel for personal reasons you will be fully refunded. • Full refunds are only possible if absolutely no work has been done and/or no WIPs have been provided. • You’ll receive all work I did, with a watermark. • If a refund has been requested but has already been started, you’ll get the refund minus a small fee depending on how far I got into the commission. • Once the drawing is finished, I won’t be able to refund you. Though I’m absolutely okay with doing smaller changes free of charge in hopes it'll help you feel happier with the piece.
Credit and Ownership
As the artist and thus creator, I share alongside the commissioner the ownership of the made artwork. Neither me or the commissioner themself are the sole owner of the made artwork and it shall not be claimed as such. If you or a character of yours is part of said artwork, you share a partial ownership as well. Me being an owner and creator of made artwork, allows me to post and do as I wish with the artwork, though commissioners have to stay within the Terms Of Service. Though it will not be used for personal purposes but only for promotional ones (example: Can be used as a commission example or be put into my Portfolio). Though of course if requested I won't post your artwork on any social media or use it for any promotional purposes. But please tell me beforehand if you wish for me to do so!
Due to me being sharing ownership, I request to be credited as the creator of the artwork. There will be no exceptions to this whatsoever. If made art work is publicly being sold as merchandise (for example: wall prints or printed on T-Shirts), i'll have to request an additional license fee. Price of said fee will depend on the type of art work but will always be a minimum of 50€.
